The Role This is a varied and high-profile position supporting a growing business unit and its leadership team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while providing administrative and operational support across a busy and rapidly developing organisation. Working closely with operational, project management and technical teams, this is a role where no two days will be the same .
You will be a confident, highly organised individual who enjoys working with people at all levels and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including diary management, meeting coordination and minute taking Arrange and coordinate business travel Organise corporate events, business functions and customer hospitality Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, catering and facilities Liaise with landlords, suppliers and other external stakeholders Coordinate and host customer and visitor meetings Support local community engagement and relationships with external organisations Assist the HR team with recruitment activity and interview coordination Provide project management and administrative support as required Help ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally at all times About You We are looking for someone with:
Previous experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance or Senior Administration Excellent organisational and time-management skills The ability to prioritise competing demands and work to tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and sound judgement Experience handling confidential and sensitive information Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams A proactive, flexible and adaptable approach The confidence to work with people at all levels Experience organising corporate events would be advantageous Previous exposure to HR/recruitment or project support would be beneficial
Experience with in technology, engineering, aerospace, defence or another technical environment would be advantageous Salary & Benefits £36,000 – £38,000 salary Approx. 8% bonus Private healthcare for the individual, with discounted family membership Dental benefits Pension with employer contribution matched up to 10% Reward and recognition platform Cycle to Work scheme Electric Vehicle scheme 25 days' holiday Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm 100% office based Location Swindon/office based This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator to join a high-growth organisation and play a key role in supporting its continued expansion.
