• Own and deliver the strategic product plan across multiple categories, ensuring taste, quality, range and price guardrails are exceeded while driving measurable commercial growth.
• Embed Own Brand into integrated commercial planning, translating category strategy into innovative, industry‑first products with long‑term market longevity.
• Drive financial performance, confidently analysing sales, volume and profitability reports, delivering against PD KPIs and ensuring business case targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development, from concept through to launch, ensuring on‑time delivery, compliance to Brand Standards and seamless critical path execution.
• Create customer‑winning ranges, reducing sensory and satisfaction complaints while presenting confidently at board tastings, roadshows and press events.
• Build world‑class supplier partnerships, sourcing high‑quality products at competitive price points and managing relationships with transparency, fairness and performance focus.
• Champion compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to external legislation, internal codes, traceability standards and food safety requirements.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders, aligning commercial, technical and supply chain teams behind a clear product vision that drives innovation and competitive advantage.

• A proven track record in a product development management position in the food manufacturing industry across multiple categories is required.
• Experience with in complex business models and/or retailers is highly advantageous.
• Own transport.
