Project Cost Analyst at Genesis Pharmaceuticals

Genesis Pharmaceuticals Ltd is an established Jersey based pharmaceutical wholesale company, handling the global procurement and sale of generic pharmaceuticals and all aspects of the supply chain from overseas manufacturers to its affiliated UK warehousing and distribution partner and is expanding its operations to supply other European countries, broadening the business into Europe.

• Tracking projects and relating costs and income
• Developing and maintaining project budgets
• Constructing and maintaining a detailed cashflow
• Forecasting future cost variances
• Recording, analyzing and reporting on actual expenses vs planned costs
• Bookkeeping of the entity
• Work closely with suppliers, colleagues in other departments in other offices and external parties
• Preparation of daily and monthly reports
• Assisting the EU Commercial Co-ordinator with commercial operations
