Rec Seekers are working on behalf of a high performing, UK based Life Sciences recruitment business who are hiring at Senior to Principal level as they continue scaling their international team.

This is a genuine step up for a strong recruiter who wants more ownership, bigger clients, and a setup where high performers are trusted quickly and promoted fast. You’ll work a global market across Biotech, Pharma, Med Tech, CRO and CDMO, with the chance to travel and meet clients across Europe and North America as you grow long term partnerships.

This is a Senior to Principal hire designed for someone who wants a bigger seat at the table.

You’ll take ownership of a specialist Life Sciences market, working closely with leadership, developing key accounts, and building a desk with real longevity. There’s clear fast tracked progression available for people who consistently deliver, alongside higher than average basic salaries for the level.

• Owning and scaling a specialist Life Sciences market globally
• Managing senior client relationships across Europe and North America
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Running end to end recruitment processes across specialist roles
• Headhunting and market mapping niche talent pools
• Managing offers, negotiations, and stakeholder expectations
• Representing the business commercially, including client visits and travel

• A proven track record in agency recruitment, Senior Consultant level or above
• Life Sciences experience is ideal, specialist markets also considered
• Strong business development capability and commercial instincts
• Confident, credible, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Self sufficient and consistent in a remote environment
• Ambitious, driven, and hungry for progression

• Fully remote UK based setup (Or attend London, Manchester & Leeds office)
• Global client base with regular travel to Europe and North America
