We are now seeking an experienced Contract Business Support Manager to join our Contract Sales team at our Head Office in Portadown. Supporting the Sales Director and Contract Sales team you will manage our Sales Administration and Logistics functions and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service, seamless project coordination and strong communication across the business.
As Contract Business Support Manager, you will:
Lead and develop the Sales Administration and Logistics teams. Act as the primary support partner to the Sales Director and Contract Sales team. Coordinate customer visits, presentations and key commercial meetings. Monitor customer projects, ensuring actions and commitments are delivered on time. Ensure customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Produce sales reports, forecasts and commercial administration. Act as the "voice of the customer" across the business, driving excellent service standards.
Coordinate communication between Sales, Design, Planning, Production, Logistics and Finance. Identify risks and proactively remove barriers that may impact customer satisfaction or project delivery. Oversee order processing, specifications, approvals and customer documentation. Support Finance with reporting, debt management, reconciliations and commission reporting. Develop and maintain sales databases and reporting tools.
Essential Criteria A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Sales Support Management or similar commercial leadership role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and planning abilities with exceptional attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience working across multiple departments to achieve business objectives.
