We are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Apprentice in Business to join our Order Scheduling team in at our facility located in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. Successful applicants will ‘earn as they learn’ and benefit from a blend of on-the-job development, guided by a well-established team of Order Scheduling Specialists, along with day release to attend college/university to complete their qualification.

This position will provide experience of the business environment (local and global), business strategy, business processes, planning processes, business systems, project work, data analysis and statistics and an overview of relevant financial transactions, along with the opportunity to develop problem solving, planning and organisational skills, team working, effective communication and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for Order Scheduling, gaining experience in the order lifecycle, from order entry and processing to coordination with production and logistics, scheduling production and optimizing filling of production slots while managing internal and external constraints.

In addition, this team supports Dealers, Sales & Affiliate contacts, maintaining exceptional business relationships between Order Management, New Product Development/Special Product Engineering Design team, manufacturing, and Dealer/Major Account network along with providing exceptional customer service to our Major Accounts and Dealers; offering solutions and assisting with order specification changes, administrative changes, and scheduling. This team also works with other HYMH plants and theatres to manage slotting, availability, and best possible lead times of globally built product.
