Bid Manager - Building Contractor

We are assisting an award-winning, innovative building services contractor for the recruitment of a Bid Manager. Operating across UK & Ireland this is a new role in their growing Bid and Marketing team. The successful applicant will have strong bid writing capabilities and be responsible for managing bids across a range of installation and maintenance projects. The job role will include:
Managing the entire bid cycle from review to submission, and through to mobilisation Writing content for public and private sector bids, ensuring they comply with the specification Writing effective, concise and compelling content under strict deadlines Reviewing and editing previously written content where necessary, working with other bid team members and internal Subject Matter Experts to gather evidence and craft compelling responses Ensuring all bid submissions are in line with the specification and instructions Preparing content for bid presentations Maintaining and continually improving the company's bid library, including case studies, team member CVs, etc.

in conjunction with marketing colleagues Supporting other bid team members to give them confidence to write and produce materials themselves
