We're looking for commercially driven Quantity Surveyors to join a growing major projects team delivering nationally significant infrastructure programmes across Scotland.

This isn't a role where you'll be lost in a commercial department of 100 people. You'll be trusted to make decisions, influence project outcomes and play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects from procurement through to final account. What you'll be doing Managing the commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects. Procuring and managing subcontract packages.

Preparing valuations, CVRs and cost forecasts. Administering NEC contracts and managing change. Building strong relationships with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners. Identifying commercial opportunities whilst protecting project profitability. We're looking for people who have experience with:
Quantity Surveying within infrastructure or civil engineering. NEC contracts. Procurement and subcontract management. Cost reporting, valuations and final accounts.
