Description:
We are hiring for our client, a respected and well-established construction company, seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple projects, with occasional larger assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative professional who enjoys mentoring junior team members, building strong site relationships, and ensuring smooth contract delivery under NEC3 and JCT frameworks. The Role:
Manage the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects. Oversee NEC3 and JCT main contracts, sub-contracts, and collateral warranties. Collaborate with the procurement team to support ordering/buying as needed. Maintain strong working relationships with site teams and stakeholders. Mentor and develop less experienced team members. Ensure contractual compliance, accurate reporting, and cost control.
The Person :
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of NEC3 and JCT contract administration. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Collaborative, team-focused approach with a commitment to mentoring. The Rewards:
