Customer Success Manager (VDI)
Location: UK
Type of hire - Full-time UK-based contract
Our Client, a global VDI vendor is looking for their first Customer Success Manager in Europe, based out of the UK,
If you have experience in Customer Success or a suitable field to move into Customer Success like Account Management, Presales or even Support, and you have a good knowledge of Virtual Desktop Environments then this could be the next role for you.
You will be responsible for customer pilots, setup, ensuring smooth rollout, training, renewals, upsell, cross-sell and securing a successful long-term partnership. You will manage a number of existing customers, build strong relationships and ensure customers have an exceptional experience. You will be required to arrange and attend customer meetings.
