Bedeck Ltd is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Head Office in Magheralin, Co. Down. Purpose of the Role The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally while maintaining the high standards associated with the Bedeck brand.

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by email, telephone and other communication channels. Process customer orders, returns, exchanges and refunds accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update internal systems and databases, ensuring customer records, product information, pricing data and order information remain accurate and up to date. Resolve customer enquiries, concerns and challenges by liaising with internal departments including Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Retail Stores in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Provide customers with product information, stock availability and delivery updates. Support the management of online reviews and customer feedback. Assist with administration relating to customer service activities and reporting. Identify opportunities for improving customer processes and service standards. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements. Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Essential Criteria Requirement Area

Essential Criteria Experience Previous experience in a customer service, administration or support role. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organisation Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. Work Style Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Experience or Knowledge Sector Experience

Experience of working within a retail, e-commerce or wholesale environment. Systems Knowledge Experience using CRM or ERP systems. Order Management Knowledge of order processing and customer account management. Qualification A qualification in Business, Administration or a related discipline.
