Your new company Hays Education are working with a secondary school within Knowlsey LA looking to appoint an experienced school administrator to take on data analysis duties within the school.

This job is full time all year round and permanent.

If you have excellent attention to detail, and can accurately input/ analyse large volumes of data, then this is the ideal role for you.

Your new role The school administrator plays a key role within the team, and the data provided drives a lot of the work done across attendance and academic targets.

Working closely with SLT, you will be responsible for all recording, reporting and analysis of school data.

Other key duties include:
Maintaining the school's attendance and assessment data for students Liaising with staff to ensure relevant information is available Producing and presenting reports as requested by SLT and governors Supporting with the implementation and maintenance of school timetables Supporting the exams officer with scheduling and running internal and external examinations What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need excellent numeracy and literacy skills, and be confident working with spreadsheets, e.g.

Excel.

Prior experience of using school systems and working in a school setting would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will have excellent IT skills, and be able to clearly present data either in tables/ writing or in person.
