Full Academic Year Revised Recruitment Group is recruiting a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join the team in Cardiff Secondary Schools for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience working with young people to gain valuable classroom experience within a successful and supportive secondary school environment.

The Role Supervise classes during the absence of the class teacher. Deliver pre-prepared lesson activities across a range of subjects. Ensure students remain focused, engaged and on task. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement. Support a positive and productive learning environment. We're Looking For Experience working with young people in a school, coaching, youth work or similar setting is desirable.

Strong classroom management and communication skills. A confident, calm and professional approach. The ability to build positive relationships with students. A proactive attitude and willingness to support students' learning. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or eligibility to register.
