Hours:
37/week, flexible timings, core hours 9am–3pm Term:
Tuesday 1 September – Thursday 18 December (full academic term) What you'll be doing 1-to-1 support: working reactively with individual learners — listening and finding practical solutions to personal problems affecting their studies Retention & mediation: supporting retention by mediating between learners, academic tutors and college staff Financial & entitlement guidance: connecting learners with entitlements (EMA, FCF, WGLG) and processing professional-only applications (e.g. Buttle Trust, Discretionary Assistance Fund) External networking: coordinating with outside organisations and agencies to broaden the safety nets and support available to students What we're looking for Strong case management background (essential) Learner support experience Confident with referral pathways Ideally an enhanced DBS on the update service
