In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on electrical training to military trainees, deliver pre-set lesson plans, training and assessments, monitor trainee development and collaborate with colleagues to improve internal processes and uphold health and safety. This is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hour week - no overtime required. This role would suit someone with a HND or HNC in Electronics or Electrical Sysems looking for an off the tools role, full training to become an instructor and the opportunity to work for one of the biggest defence companies in the UK.
