Craigavon Purpose of the Role Responsible for the execution of customer development projects, ensuring delivery of innovation, technical and commercial objectives, through cross functional collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION Responsible for delivery of approved product development projects from customer briefs, and business initiatives through to launch in sites, to include:
Innovation Product transfers Product improvement and sku rationalisation Responsible for ensuring products are representative of the manufacturing process and the product concept approved by the customer in terms of technical and quality standards CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS Direct customer interaction To undertake travel to visit customers and suppliers as required. Support customer site visits, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.

COMMUNICATION Working effectively with other key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of product delivery Responsible for leading cross functional Critical Path NPD meetings - minutes, actions, accountability of same.
