About Our Titchfield Site

Our Titchfield facility is the largest of Eaton’s Fuel and Motion Control Systems (FMC) locations in the UK, the largest in Eaton’s network alongside South Molton in North Devon and Bedhampton in Hampshire. With around 500 employees, Titchfield hosts a diverse community of Commercial Specialists, Engineers and Programme Managers who support both current and legacy programmes across our UK FMC operations.

The site has been part of Eaton since 2005, but its heritage stretches back much further – originally serving the RAF during World War II as a manufacturing centre for barrage balloons. Today, Titchfield plays a critical role in the aerospace industry, focusing on the design, manufacture and aftermarket support of essential fuel system components for major aircraft manufacturers including Boeing and Airbus.
