Northern Ireland Salary depending on experience An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic engineering environment. This role is focused on driving new product introduction from concept through to production, ensuring robust processes, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Support product development from initial concept through to full production release
* Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions
* Manage prototype builds and first article validation
* Act as a key interface between Design, R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
* Provide manufacturing input during design reviews
* Investigate and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving methods
* Coordinate containment activities to minimise impact on production
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework, waste, and variability Requirements
* Degree in an engineering related subject
* Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, assembly, vehicle wiring, and vehicle electronics
