Process Engineering Engineer; RE

Position: Process Engineering Responsible Engineer (RE)
The Process Engineering Responsible Engineer (RE) will manage the process design and engineering aspects of the programme, ensuring all requirements for the nuclear licensed site are met. This role requires an experienced process engineer with extensive knowledge of nuclear facility design to lead the process team on assigned engineering design projects. The RE will manage both internal engineers and external consultants or subcontractors, ensuring that designs are delivered on time, within budget, and in technical compliance.

It is essential that all designs are safe, sustainable, and efficient to construct. A key responsibility is ensuring that management systems, including digital processes, are followed to provide stakeholder assurance. This role is based in Manchester or Risley, and it is desirable for candidates to be available to travel to Cumbria up to two days per week. Please note that the successful candidate will need to obtain security clearance.
