Finance Assistant

Overview

DV8 Fashion is a recognised fashion brand with nearly 60 stores across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Scotland and 30 years of experience. We have an opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team. Working as part of a small finance team, the successful candidate will support and assist the finance team with daily and monthly transactional duties.

• Maintain accounts payable records on company ERP
• Use automated AP system to process invoices for multiple companies
• Raise remittances and post payments to bank for authorisation
• Reconcile monthly supplier statements
• Complete bank reconciliations at least weekly
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and disputes
• Process expense claims to payment stage
• Process credit card statements
• Support the wider team as and when required
• General administration duties

• 2+ years' experience of working in a similar role
• Sage or equivalent experience
• Strong IT skills including Excel
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to multi-task and be well organised
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• IATI qualification or equivalent

Contract Type- Permanent, minimum of 30 hours per week. This role operates on Monday to Friday basis onsite.
