Part Qualified Management Accountant

About the role Are you a proactive and ambitious finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Business Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting while supporting operational teams to drive informed decision-making across the business

Key Responsibilities Prepare Monthly Management Accounts in line with month-end deadlines Work closely with operations to support decision-making Prepare and present variance analysis reports Prepare, present, and distribute operational KPIs Collaborate with Credit Control to ensure cash and debt KPI targets are achieved Support Accounts Payable with supplier management Report on and help manage working capital levels Enhance and streamline financial reporting processes Assist with budgeting and cash flow reporting Work with commercial teams to ensure accurate reporting of rebate agreements and provisions Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Support ad hoc finance projects and duties as required Compliance All personnel must adhere to the requirements of the Sites Integrated Management System (IMS).

This includes reporting issues, participating in required training, and supporting a strong compliance culture. Person Specification Essential Part Qualified Accountant Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload High attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player with flexibility Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Highly proactive with a positive can-do attitude Hands-on approach Desirable Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

Experience with standard costing

Experience with Infor LN or similar accounting systems
