Management Accountant

Description We are hiring for our client, a large and well-established organisation in the Craigavon area, who are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join their experienced finance team. This is a commercially focused Management Accountant role offering genuine progression within a growing business. The successful Management Accountant will take ownership of the management accounts process, partnering with operational stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision-making.

The Role:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis
* Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes
* Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance
* KPI reporting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
* Cashflow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations
* Continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
* Supporting senior finance leadership with ad-hoc commercial projects

The Person :
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or part-qualified with relevant experience
* Strong management accounts experience within a commercial environment
* Confident communicator with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
