Finance Assistant

DV8 Fashion Portadown, Craigavon Part-time With nearly 60 stores across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Scotland and 30 years of presence and expertise in the fashion industry, DV8 Fashion is one of the most recognised fashion names on the High Street and we have an opportunity for Finance Assistant to join our team. Working as part of a small finance team, the successful candidates key responsibility will be to support and assist the finance team with daily and monthly transactional duties.

Main duties and responsibilities Maintain accounts payable records on company ERP Use automated AP system to process invoices for multiple companies Raise remittances and post payments to bank for authorisation Reconcile monthly supplier statements Complete bank reconciliations at least weekly Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and disputes Process expense claims to payment stage Process credit card statements Support the wider team as and when required General administration duties
