Credit Control - 3 Month Contract - IMMEDIATE START

- As the Credit Control
- Finance Administrator,
you will be a key member of the O2C team, helping to streamline cash collection and maintain robust end-to-end financial processes. - You will prepare and deliver invoices, statements, and payment reminders; monitor overdue accounts; and elevate non-responses as needed.
- Take ownership of billing and dispute queries, resolving them efficiently and recording actions within finance systems.
- Support timely and accurate cash collection, analyse ledger health, and provide insights on collectable debt and potential issues.
- Use financial systems and tools for daily tasks and assist with month-end processes.
- Maintain quality, compliance, and up-to-date documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate across teams, sharing knowledge and following best practices.
- Experience in billing, credit control, or Order to Cash functions with an understanding of the O2C cycle.
- High accuracy and numeracy, with experience using CRM/finance applications and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisation and time management, able to handle multiple queries and deadlines.
- Professionalism, a solutions-focused mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Pro-rated salary of €38,000
