Due to business expansion, a new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance / AP Coordinator to join their busy finance is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from an Accounts Payable, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger or Administration background who enjoys working with large volumes of data, invoicing and supporting commercial projects.

The role offers exposure to both finance and operations, making it ideal for somebody looking to build a long-term career within a growing organisation. The position is heavily systems-focused, involving the accurate upload of project information, subcontractor costs and invoicing activities.

The Role Upload and maintain project data across internal systems Process and raise customer invoices Submit valuations and assist with payment applications Liaise with subcontractors regarding costs and documentation Support the tracking and allocation of project-related expenditure Handle invoicing and commercial queries from clients Assist with reporting and financial administration Work closely with Contracts Managers and operational teams ? What We're Looking For Experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger, Finance Administration or a similar role Strong data entry and systems experience Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable dealing with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders Good knowledge of Excel and finance systems A proactive and team-focused approach to work Why Apply??
