Pension Administrator - New Business Team

Pension Administrator Do you have customer service experience within financial services and enjoy speaking to clients and advisers on the phone? We're looking for a Pension Administrator to join a busy team, supporting clients and financial advisers with pension-related queries and administration. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance, banking, investments, or pensions customer service who wants to build a long-term career in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing Providing high-quality customer service to clients and financial advisers Handling pension-related queries and requests from start to finish Processing new business, transfers, and investment instructions Liaising with internal teams, advisers, and providers Ensuring all work is accurate, compliant, and completed on time Building strong relationships through clear and professional communication What We're Looking For Essential:
