Management Accountant

Management Accountant Salary: £50k-£60k based on exp Based near Weybridge, Surrey Hybrid- 3 days in office / 2 days WFH Full-Time | Permanent A growing business is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and business insight, working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, board packs, and KPI reporting. Deliver variance analysis and commercial insights. Manage forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and financial modelling. Monitor working capital, credit control, and cash performance. Support VAT returns, audits, and statutory reporting. Improve financial controls, reporting processes, and system efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities. About You Essential ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.

Experience producing management accounts. Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling skills. Knowledge of audit and statutory reporting requirements. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Desirable Exposure to finance, CRM, and operational systems. Experience improving cash flow and working capital.
