HireIQ are partnering with a well-established, leading business as they hire for a Group Financial Accountant, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a senior finance opportunity with broad responsibility across a growing group of businesses. Youll take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leaderships while leading a small finance team About the job:
Full ownership of the monthly and year end reporting cycle Group budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Financial controls, compliance and statutory requirements Intercompany accounting and group reporting Treasury, cash flow and investment management R&D tax and other opportunities to improve the group's financial position Relationships with banks, auditors, accountants and other professional advisers Leading and developing the finance team Providing commercial insight to support business decisions and future growth

About you:

Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
