7) based in Lurgan Hospital. The post provides high-level expertise in assessment, treatment and care planning for people living with Parkinson’s Disease within Primary and Community settings.
You will deliver specialist nursing care, lead the Parkinson’s Nursing Service, manage caseloads, and work collaboratively with GP, neurology and geriatric colleagues.
