Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission

What Youll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll learn how to:

• Source and engage top talent for major construction projects
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop your own client base over time
• Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission

Youll be supported every step of the way with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters.
