Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Benefits Advisor in Rushmere on site to provide high-quality support across employee benefits programmes and ensure accurate administration and an excellent employee experience.
You'll act as the first point of contact for benefits queries, manage schemes like Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Holiday Purchase and Childcare Vouchers, and liaise with HR, Payroll and external providers to ensure accurate administration and communications throughout the year.
