We’re looking for a Benefits Advisor to provide a high-quality support service across our employee benefits programmes, ensuring accurate administration and an excellent employee experience.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee benefits queries
• Manage key benefit schemes including Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Holiday Purchase and Childcare Vouchers
• Liaise with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate administration
• Support annual renewals, claims processes and benefit communications
• Prepare presentations, reports and employee communications
• Ensure benefit data is maintained accurately and confidentially

• Experience in a Benefits, Reward or HR Administration role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong systems and Microsoft Office skills

• SAP or Success Factors experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
