The Payroll Coordinator will join a large and stable payroll team and will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of a high volume payroll. To be considered for this role it is essential to have proven experience in a similar environment as well as committing to the duration of the contract.

About you

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
  • Proven experience in payroll or finance administration, ideally handling large volumes of payroll
  • Strong proficiency in payroll software systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Available at short notice

What you'll do

  • Support the delivery of accurate, high-volume payroll services in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements
  • Process payroll for UK and ROI employees efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Handle payroll-related queries with professionalism
