We're looking for a Benefits Advisor to provide a high-quality support service across our employee benefits programmes, ensuring accurate administration and an excellent employee experience.
What You’ll Do- Act as the first point of contact for employee benefits queries
- Manage key benefit schemes including Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Holiday Purchase and Childcare Vouchers
- Liaise with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate administration
- Support annual renewals, claims processes and benefit communications
- Prepare presentations, reports and employee communications
- Ensure benefit data is maintained accurately and confidentially
- Experience in a Benefits, Reward or HR Administration role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong systems and Microsoft Office skills
- SAP or Success Factors experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- We will not be able to provide Visa/Sponsorship for this position
