Temporary HR Administrator

We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support across a range of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Provide administrative support to the HR team across multiple sites. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and communicating with candidates. Assist with onboarding and induction administration. Process absence, holiday, and other HR records. Respond to employee queries professionally and confidentially. Carry out general administrative duties to support the department.

Essential Criteria Previous experience in an administrative role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. HR administration experience. Knowledge of HR systems. Desirable Criteria Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
