  • Extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and reward structures
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and pay governance
  • Proven track record delivering annual pay reviews and bonus cycles
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive data
What you'll do
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and pension projects
  • Develop & maintain job architecture and benchmarking frameworks to support internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Provide expert reward advice to senior stakeholders and HR leadership
  • Drive reward transformation initiatives and implement reward policies aligned with best practices
  • Analyse reward data to generate actionable insights and produce detailed reports for executive teams
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure accurate reward processing and compliance
  • Manage reward governance, audit readiness, and internal controls
  • Line manage and develop the Reward Advisor, supporting team capability and performance
