Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Craigavon (5 days onsite)

Aboutyou
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification HR experience, ideally within manufacturing
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP, Success Factors or similar
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver training and generate insightful reports
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Support recruitment efforts by developing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including inductions, attendance, and leavers
- Maintain accurate HR data on systems like SAP, ensuring compliance and preparing reports
- Assist with health and safety initiatives, including risk assessments and accident investigations
- Lead employee engagement activities and coordinate site training programmes
- Support dispute resolution and foster positive employee relations within the site
- Contribute to site HR KPIs and participate in site-wide HR and safety projects
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and staff, ensuring policies are upheld
