Van Rath is recruiting an HR Generalist for a Craigavon manufacturing site. The role focuses on delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to leavers, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and site engagement.
Ideal candidates will have CIPD qualification and 3+ years post-qualification HR experience in manufacturing, with solid HRIS knowledge (SAP/Success Factors). The position is five days onsite with a supportive HR Manager and opportunities for development.
