Senior User Experience Designer

I'm looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and user-centred digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, translating complex requirements into simple solutions, and championing UX best practices across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role with real influence—perfect for someone who loves solving meaningful problems and mentoring others along the way.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead end-to-end UX design across complex digital products and platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals
• Advocate for the user and embed UX thinking across the product lifecycle
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and systems
• Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and evolving requirements

What do I need?

• 6+ years of experience in UX / Product Design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and impact
• Solid grounding in UX research methods and usability principles
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
• Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
