IT Business Analyst - MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst – MES to support the delivery of strategic IT projects within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

• Analyse and improve manufacturing processes and IT systems, focusing on MES solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to capture, define and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support system design, testing (including UAT) and deployment.
• Model as‑is and to‑be processes to drive operational improvement.
• Support data modelling and basic SQL logic to meet business needs.
• Contribute to business change, training and user adoption.

• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience with process modelling, requirements engineering and systems analysis.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with strong ownership.
• Basic SQL knowledge and solid IT systems understanding.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing or food industry.
• Exposure to SAP and large‑scale system implementations.
