Role: Database Administrator (SQL Server)
Department: IT
We’re looking for an experienced Database Administrator to support and optimise our Microsoft SQL environment across on‑premise and cloud platforms.
What You’ll Do- Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments
- Support database security, access management, patching, backup and recovery processes
- Deliver database improvements, upgrades, and migration projects
- Support high availability and disaster recovery solutions
- Participate in on‑call support and major incident management
- Strong experience as a SQL Server DBA in a complex enterprise environment
- Expertise in performance tuning, backup/recovery, security, HA/DR, and Azure SQL
- Knowledge of SQL scripting, Power Shell, and database administration best practices
- Experience working within ITIL service management environments
