Overview
Service Desk Analyst — Department: IT |
Location:
Rushmere. We’re looking for a customer‑focused Service Desk Analyst to join our 24/7 European IT Service Desk, providing first‑class technical support across Pilgrim’s Europe.
- Provide IT support for incidents and service requests via phone, email and self‑service channels
- Manage and prioritise tickets to meet agreed service levels
- Resolve issues at first point of contact wherever possible
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and knowledge base content
- Experience in an IT support or customer service role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, flexible and collaborative attitude
- IT qualifications or ITIL experience (desirable)
