are you a data analyst who enjoys turning complex operational information into clear, actionable insight? A successful project-led organisation in banbridge is looking for a data analyst to support its contracts function. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of business reporting, create interactive power bi dashboards and help stakeholders make more informed, data-led decisions. Working across operational, commercial, design and project-delivery teams, you will collect and transform data from multiple sources, identify trends and anomalies, and present your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• collecting, cleaning and transforming data for accurate reporting.
• integrating information from multiple business sources.
• developing interactive power bi dashboards and visualisations.
• analysing operational data to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• translating complex datasets into practical business insights.
• resolving data-quality and reporting challenges.
• supporting ad hoc analysis and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• developing reporting documentation, processes and standards.

• strong experience with power bi, power query and excel.
• practical experience preparing, analysing and visualising data.
• the ability to work confidently with information from multiple sources.
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• experience developing dashboards and management reports.
• good stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering ability.
• the confidence to explain findings to non-technical colleagues.
• a detail-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset.

monday to thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm
friday, 8:00am-3:00pm
the salary is competitive and will reflect the successful candidate's experience.
