We're looking for a Junior Workforce Solutions Specialist to support critical workforce management systems, including UKG Kronos, SAP ECP Payroll and Access Control platforms.
What You'll Do
Provide first and second-line support for Kronos, SAP Payroll and Access Control systems
Manage incidents, service requests and access requests through the Service Desk
Monitor and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
Support user administration, data updates and system maintenance
Assist with reporting, data analysis and issue investigation
Support system upgrades, testing, implementations and change initiatives
Contribute to process improvements and service delivery enhancements
What You'll Bring
Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems
Strong customer service and Service Desk experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good Excel skills, including lookups, pivots and data validation
Desirable:
Experience with UKG Kronos
Exposure to SAP Payroll / SAP ECP
Knowledge of HR, Payroll or Workforce Management processes
Experience supporting Access Control systems
