Reporting directly to senior management, your role will contribute to their ongoing growth and innovation. About you Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years' procurement experience within a manufacturing environment Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as Infor Cloud suite Industrial (Syteline) CIPS Level 5/6 or equivalent qualification is desirable Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills Leadership experience with the ability to drive continuous improvement What you'll do Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships Lead tendering processes to secure best value and ensure supply chain continuity Monitor and analyse market trends to optimise costs and mitigate risks Manage supplier performance through KPIs and conduct regular reviews Support inventory and production planning to minimise disruptions Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
