Almac Group invites applications for the Warehouse & Shipping Manager role within our Clinical Services division.

With over 30 years of experience, Almac Clinical Services delivers comprehensive clinical supply chain solutions worldwide, securing critical supplies and executing high‑performing distribution operations across more than 110 countries.

• Oversee all Warehouse and Shipping activities, ensuring full GxP compliance and adherence to procedural controls.
• Maintain health and safety standards and deliver exemplary customer service.
• Ensure distribution orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, with materials reaching intended destinations under appropriate shipping conditions.
• Manage an evening and night shift workforce of approximately 70+ personnel across Warehouse and Shipping functions.
• Plan shift schedules (1530 – 2330 Mon‑Fri; 2330 – 0730 on a one‑week‑in‑six basis) and ensure continuous coverage.

• Experience in shipping, warehousing or logistics; significant people‑management experience required.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is not essential; comprehensive on‑the‑job onboarding will be provided.
• Demonstrated ability to work under busy schedules and deliver results.
