A well-established organisation is seeking an Operations Team Lead to support day‑to‑day operational performance within a fast‑paced food environment. This role involves overseeing a team, driving performance, maintaining high standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the department.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to ensure strong operational performance
• Oversee key metrics relating to efficiency, processes, performance, and service delivery
• Support and maintain standards across compliance, quality, and workplace best practice
• Conduct investigations, reviews, and audits to continually raise performance
• Work closely with internal teams across various functions
• Promote a positive and engaging working environment
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and support team development

• Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or people management role
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and documentation
• Good general IT skills
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong leadership qualities

• Experience with in a high‑volume or fast‑paced operational setting
• Knowledge of compliance, quality systems, or process improvement
• Qualifications in leadership, compliance, or similar areas
• Strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset
