We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee Facilities Management (FM) Hard Services for a large commercial account in the City of London. This is a senior, hands‑on role, ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in managing multi‑disciplinary FM teams and service providers.

Salary: £85,000 per year

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of FM Hard Services across a large commercial site
• Oversee contractors, service providers, and compliance with SLA/KPIs
