Responsibilities- Manage multiple fire and security projects
- Liaise with the client, end user and installers to ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time
- Visit project sites and monitor progression
- Completion and issue of certification
- Ensure service level agreements are met
- Ensure margin expectation is met
- Responsible for all P&L
- Manage payment application processes/Work in Progress (WIP)
- Issue payment notices & agree invoices
- Attend final account meetings with clients
- Procurement of subcontractors
- Day to day management of subcontractors & commissioning teams
- Accountable for each project as a whole
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Fire & Security industry
- Strong knowledge of fire and security system technologies and installations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Relevant industry certifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, would be advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
