My job We're Hiring: head of Record to Report - Europe This is a 5-day onsite working requirement Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to lead a high-performing team and drive excellence in financial reporting across a dynamic European business landscape? We're looking for a Head of Record to Report to join our Financial Services team and play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to key stakeholders across Europe and the US.

Purpose of the Role Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to the European Leadership Team, Financial Services Leadership, and Pilgrim's Pride US. Ensure consistency in accounting policies and SOX controls across European entities. Lead statutory reporting, audits, and HMRC disclosures. Manage and develop a team of 20 finance professionals. Build strong relationships between European Business Units and Financial Services. Support the Director of Financial Services in evolving the function and delivering strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for European Business Units. Ensure accuracy in group consolidation and intercompany eliminations across multi-currency entities. Oversee completion of statutory accounts and audits. Manage fixed and leased assets across all business units. Ensure compliance with group reporting timetables and disclosure requirements. What You'll Need ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5 years post-qualification experience . Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior finance leaders and auditors. A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
